Pros
The company basically bends over backwards to ensure employees are happy and comfortable. They pride themselves on paying higher than most in the Industry, plenty of PTO, unlimited sick time/mental health days, and lots of paid company holidays. Considering the pay, work/life balance, and what is expected of me...this has been one of the most valuable positions I've been in.
Cons
Many employees exhibit a level of brand loyalty that is somewhat uncomfortable. To elaborate, many of them have come in as users and fans of Discord, but it tends to manifest itself in a tendency to overwork themselves and blur the lines of their life inside and outside of their work. I've seen too many instances of people working late into the night, or on their off days... without having been compelled to by anyone. To be clear...not sure this is the company's fault.
