      Pros

      Benefits, I feel like my manager and team care about my well being, and pay is great. I've worked in a similar role for over 10 years and I have never been paid anywhere close to what I'm making now. My manager is available within reason and my team is supportive.

      Cons

      There can be pressure to take on more projects or to find ownership in things that maybe aren't for you to worry about. People don't talk down to you if you don't do these things, but everyone wants to stand out and it can be complicated to do so.

      people are kind and empathetic. generally people dont take themselves too seriously here. the product is cool especially if youre into gaming.
