Could Have Been Better - Artist Discord Employee Review

The people who care are usually not in positions of power to influence needed changes and the ones that are, are laid off or have targets put on their backs. People who shouldn't be managers are put into positions of leadership and throw their reports under the bus in favor of their own career growth. Lack of direction, lack of accountability from the top and then everyone else is blamed for lack of success.
