Pros
-Decent benefits for over 30hour employees. -Okay starting pay -Busy all day -Plenty of hours -Keeps you in good shape -Time goes by fast
Cons
-Okay starting pay, is also a con. For the Tire Technicians (the ones doing all the manual labor) the pay could be better. The position is the core of the company and should get better compensation for the work they do. -Physically demanding, if you aren't up for manual labor do not apply for this job. You will be removing, installing, moving tires all day long. A sad sigh will linger when a dually truck drives in and needs full service and you do all the lifting. -No breaks, you only recieve a 30 minute lunch (only if you work full shift 7:30-6pm) half shifts do not receive a lunch and neither receive any small breaks.
