Store managers get paid very well compared to the rest of the industry. Lots of fun activities throughout the year for employees. Family oriented.
Cons
Extremely high volume. Constantly struggling to do the quality of work that is expected because of payroll demands. Company has accepted longer wait times and lower quality work in trade for profits they save on payroll. You are always run your store as well as the best of class in the company, so you never meet expectations. Very long hours. Other employees work way too hard for the salary they earn.
