Pros
Overall, the company and management are very ethical as well as generous to their customers. The company is continually thriving so there is a significant amount of room to move up (as long as you are willing to relocate). Once you are promoted into management (aka work "inside") the turnover rate seems to always be very low.
Cons
As a tech it is hard work. Very fast paced and high stress. The rules and regulations increase weekly it seems. Long hours. Huge binge drinking problem company wide. As with many companies, the upper management is money hungry. Talk too much about making more sales and how to sell a more expensive tire, leaving employees feeling unappreciated. Oklahoma regional VP and President never seemed to care too much about us as employees, but rather how much money we could earn them.
