Pros
Benefits galore and alot of fun! Pay is ok for the amount of work. Met some of the best people of my life I now consider my family as well. Executives are also very down to earth people that have worked in the trenches and have alot of one on one time with every employee! You learn to love and enjoy what we do and gain a huge sense of pride doing it.
Cons
I do believe politics do play a big part in promotions. However its not a huge deal due to the amount of good people in the company you can't help but be happy for them. My biggest complaint is small amount of time with our own families. 50 hours is a usual week with very limited vacation and no sick time (which means a sick spell or injury can wipe out a planned trip with family).
