THE GUYS THAT YOU WORK WITH. This is what makes this job worth it. It feels like a family and everyone jokes and has a good time, but focuses on what needs to be done.
Cons
Extremely labor intensive. Very little respect for employees personal lives. I've seen many people quick because the company only allows one 30 min break over an 11 hour period.
