Management can suck and hard work. If you have a good manager then they will work with you and it will be a great experience if you can take the heat, cold, and hard labor work. If you have a horrible manager (like me) then they can treat you horribly, curse and call you bad names, and in some instances be dangerous (had a car dropped on me) If your a student then know that it is hard work and a lot is expected of you; however, it can be done.
