      Fellow Peers become more like family, employee pricing on tires, wheels, etc. Fun work atmosphere for the most part

      Cons

      Work life balance sucks, for the amount of money and the hours it is not worth it. Mr. Halle the founder would be extremely disappointed in the direction this company has gone. profit over people seems to be the direction they are going hopefully they fix it
