      The people, bonuses, company get togethers. Plus your able to teach and mentor technicians. To see the grow is awesome.

      Cons

      Lack of people, high stress, multi tasks, high turn around now. The company is growing so big but I think it’s losing the Value of one the O’s in IOOGA which is our people.
