Pros
Decent hourly pay Pays more than most other employers with no experience necessary. Solid job security
Cons
50-60 hours a week is great for the bank account but not great for someone looking to start a family. It seems as though every other day there is a new metric or sales measurement that needs to be met or exceeded to stay off of the corporate radar. Managers go home every night not knowing if they will return to the same store that next day. Corporate likes to transfer its managers at will without approval from the employees they are moving.
