Pros
This company has been going downhill since before I quit. They were asking everyone to submit reviews on glass door in meetings while they were still employed, which gave them all the positive reviews they needed to counter the real reviews.
Cons
Expect to be over worked and under paid. Don't be misled by the higher ups that make 6 figures, this is one of the worst jobs you could ever have or put your body through. It is very simple and straight forward but the management, work conditions and pay are terrible. To be working in these conditions the pay needs to be significantly increased for the tire technicians specifically. To advance in the company you have to devote your entire life to this company, say goodbye to your social life! If you make it to the sales counter, regardless of the customers true needs, your goal is always to sell tires. If a customer comes in for 1, you recommend 2. If a customer comes in for 2, you recommend 4. Overall this company does not care enough for the ones that actually keep the vehicles moving. While this company does have a few good people working for it, it is mainly people that will manipulate and lie to you for their benefit and toss you to the side.
