Poor employee treatment - Sales Manager Discount Tire Employee Review

Don’t care about employees anymore after Bruce Halle died this is a completely different company they only care about the customer will have employees work their tails off for years and they finally get their first customer complaint but because the higher up avp does not like you they cut you however have kept employees with racist complaints on top of other customer complaints and just swap them stores. Instead of making employees happy they tell them to put fake smiles on and then threaten multiple employees to fire them and try to clean house rather then be professional I have a lot of friends there still and they are all being told they are going to basically be letting them go. Discount is about the $ don’t work there if you want a career they will let you go in a heart beat no questions. Not to mention they have 1 person doing 5 peoples jobs and that’s okay.
