Pros
pay is OK for no college or prior experience (stay in school) benefits are unbeatable and you can move up as far as you willing to work hard, you will never need to worry about getting laid off
Cons
rip of on the hours you get paid for 40 and work closer to 60 many days of 12+ hours with no lunches or breaks, and no time for family you will work from 7am to 8 or 9 pm most days and wil most likely get called in on your day off
