The people you work with and build a relationship are awesome. You spend so much time together they become your family.
Cons
Ever since 2017 when Bruce Hollie passed away the company has forgotten it roots. What he built was all about caring for and cultivating his people and his customer. Discount was successful because we took care of the customer which in return built trust and them returning. Unfortunately now the company is all about the all mighty dollar and not customer or employee retention.
