Pros
Good pay, work at your own pace as long as you get what you said you'd get done, done.
Cons
Management woukd sometimes make you stop what you were doing to go grab tires for technicians which was part of the techs job, but they usually messed up the organization of the tires so it wasn't a bad idea for inventory to be the ones to get the tires
