Pros
Strong company culture -hosts several annual events to celebrate employees (pre-pandemic), employees are great to work with and welcoming, overall company provides plenty of career opportunities to explore
Cons
benefits tend to lag trends in the market (i.e. vacation time, holidays, short-term disability, paid paternal leave does not exist - even though the are a "family friendly company). Compensation also tends to lag the market. The company lacks programs that support diversity, equity and inclusion. There is also a lack of gender diversity in management/ senior leadership throughout the organization
