-Long hours especially if its hot and if you have visible tattoos enjoy the long sleeves during 100+ temps. -Pay is low for the amount of responsibilities you have as a manager. -0 compensation for the sales you make, you could be accomplishing 100-200k in sales during a single month while only making 600 per week. -Core values are rarely followed mostly ignored. -Changing tires as fast as humanely possible is hard on the body while also accomplishing sales efficiently and not to mention while attempting to keep the working environment clean/safe.
