      Fun atmosphere at times. drive some nice cars from time to time. Great employee benefits/discounts.

      Cons

      Have to work in all kinds of weather. Snow season is where you get the most hours/money. However, once the winter season is over hours get cut as well as income. Not much of a career opportunity.
