Pros
Discount tire is a great company to work for. they offered me very flexible schooling and your get a nice winter bonus as a reward for the tough winter months.
Cons
Can be really hard work on busy days and as a tech you are always working. Some of the other full timers can push their responsibilities on you. You are essentially working out side so its hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
