Pros
Good hours if you wanted them, fun people, good starting pay for high schoolers
Cons
all the managers wanted were sales, didnt really care about employees. I was asked to stay for shifts when I specifically asked off for and I was told that it "wasn't fair to the guys" to take off. I was suppose to get evaluated every 3 months and in the 2 years I was there I only got evaluated twice. I know when I got evaluated because I had to sign papers. On top of this, if we were busy like on a Saturday for instance, no one would be getting lunch, so we would work for 9-10 hours straight (which is illegal to deny your employees a lunch every 5 hours). and when we did get lunches, they were only 20-30 minutes which was barely enough time to even get food. Final thing I have to say is they hire too many new people without the proper training and when that slowed down the bays, the managers got pissed at the service coordinators. its a good job if you have the right manager but that one bad manager can make half the store quit (which is what happened at my store)
