Pros
Decent pay, and they're accurate with your hours. Open door policy is in full effect, and management has open ears to any concern you have. Weekly pay, 2 bonuses a year and sometimes they take you out to dinner.
Cons
No A/c only swamp coolers and fans, they push you beyond your breaking point. The better you perform the more they expect from you. When your putting away tires into the racks, the guns are monitored for breaks in time, how many tires you move, and they average out your total at the end of the night, leaving opportunity for consistent scolding if your not the top mover. Also if you get injured, they are merciless and still push you very hard regardless of your levels of pain. The hours fluctuate often, and some days your called to not come in at all.
