Pros
Even though the processes are very structured, it's a good place to be able to be comfortable with your abilities. When given the chance, you can truly feel the impact of your expertise by helping a customer who just needs to feel taken care of.
Cons
Hours, hours, hours. Time with family is limited, especially at a busy location. If you have kids or plan on having kids understand that getting home as late as 8-9-10 pm is possible. The company truly values its managers and makes it difficult to achieve personal growth especially when THEY are the ones collecting the checks while YOU actively run stuff!
