Pros
It seemed like once you go into management the pay and bonuses were good. Of course this is just from what I had heard.
Cons
No downtime at all. Maybe I was at a busy store, but there was hardly anytime to even walk 2 feet out of the way to snag a drink of water. The pace of it was just mind boggling. Sure it's great for the company and maybe the customer, but it's a hard job even for the most in shape bodies. Not to mention the speed at which we had to work seriously makes me not want to return as a customer. There's no way people weren't leaving with scratched wheels or lackluster patch jobs. Go somewhere that will take an extra second to do things with care. When hired I had been told "there won't be any problem getting you full time hours...we'll probably ask you to work overtime". That's what I wanted, unfortunately what i got was never having more than 15 hours in a week. Not to mention the handful of times I came in for my scheduled shift and had to go right back home. It's not that the store was slow, corporate was just crazy about labor hours.
