Pros
Mostly employees were around my age, (high school/college), fast paced, a lot of fun. I learned/matured more than I could have ever imagined during the 3.5 years I was employed here. By far the best possible option I could have had for my first job. Pay was fantastic too. After a few raises, I was making $12.50, and that was still in high school!
Cons
long hours, intense labor, extreme heat/cold, depending on weather.
