Lots of favoritism, creates a "tell on your co worker " environment making it feel like working in a kids school. Employees, coaches and management can get away with violating their own anti harassment/code ofconduct due to being accepted as part of the in crowd there. Work /life balance was lacking. If you went for help due to feeling harassed you got in trouble because "they reported you first so you wouldnt report them. If enough people "witness" together their "stories" believed over you. Work environment turned into a hostile one. No one really solves anything just prefer to talk to you weeks after incident no longer fresh, write u up and terminate you over it even if co workers werent looking for that as a solution
