      Pros

      The pond and trail outside of the office were nice

      Cons

      The downtown office is a joke. The company tries to attract young talent by touting the office, but I was never allowed to work from downtown. An employee was reported to HR several times by more than one person, but ended up being promoted twice.

      There are still great employees working at Discover despite looming layoffs due to Capital One acquisition.

      Cons

      Morale is at an all-time low, integration with Capital One has caused significant anxiety and confusion.
