Pros
Great place to work! The culture at DFS is fantastic as are the people that work there. The company really gets the work/life balance and does whatever they can to make sure you aren't working yourself to death. The career advancement potential is huge. The benefits are hard to beat.
Cons
Once you're in you're ability to grow your income levels are drastically reduced. However, If you're coming in as an external employee with an MBA they are very competitive.
