      Pros

      They truly care for their employees. Great work life balance. Great benefits package. Lot of people with 10+ or 20+ years of experience. The IT side has a lot of flexibility in terms of working remotely. Great management.

      Salary increase are not that great.

      Pros

      Its a great place to work. A little challenging with the recent changes. Tuition reimbursment, insurance paid time off. Yearly bonus.
