      Great benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k. Good pay.

      Cons

      Being on the phone can become very repetitive, but one of the best ways to get through is by talking to co-workers. Co-workers are sometimes really the best way to get you through the day.

      Able to work from home, good benefits

      Cons

      Very stressful. Calls would come in nonstop with no time to take breather between calls. Pay is on the low end for what we have to deal with.
