      - great work culture: employee appreciation and engagement - good benefits: above average vacation days and they encourage work life balance - salary: pay is good

      Cons

      - The only negative for me is commute time from the city. However, they have a remote office in the city now which employees can use occasionally.

      Able to work from home, good benefits

      Cons

      Very stressful. Calls would come in nonstop with no time to take breather between calls. Pay is on the low end for what we have to deal with.
