A lot of opportunities for growth,

Cons

It is a call center. You’re expected to hit metrics that sometimes don’t make sense. I understand you don’t want people to be on the phone for long time periods, but sometimes you have to be in order to get things accomplished. Sometimes that happens more often than not. They demand top customer service, but penalize you for not getting everything done quick enough.
