Excellent work-life balance, great people to work with, never had a bad boss, very collaborative, heavy workloads w/o being worked to death or being forced to work 50 or 60 hour weeks
Cons
Can be slow to make decisions, projects and initiatives bottlenecked by IT, heavy on compliance/risk oversight groups, can be averse to conflict even when conflict would help resolve issues or problems
