• My immediate team is exceptionally strong, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. They are kind, professional, and easy to work with, and they consistently show up with integrity and a shared commitment to doing quality work. • There are talented, hardworking individuals across the organization who care deeply about residents, teams, and outcomes. When empowered, these individuals add real value.

Cons

• Tenure is often treated as a proxy for performance, which is deeply flawed. Length of time in a role does not consistently correlate with leadership effectiveness, team health, or operational outcomes. • Patterns of turnover at the community and regional levels are telling, yet frequently dismissed or explained away. It is not difficult to identify where issues exist when the same locations and teams experience repeated departures. • There is a noticeable level of denial around leadership impact. Even as people continue to leave, accountability rarely follows, and root causes remain unaddressed. • In some cases, long-standing leaders contribute to instability rather than continuity. Institutional knowledge is valuable, but it loses its value when it is paired with resistance to feedback, growth, or change. • The organization too often protects familiarity over effectiveness, which ultimately harms strong performers and discourages long-term retention.

Benefits, coworkers, and the residents. Most of the regional staff were great

Cons

Executive director and Director of nursing were horrible to work with and chased off some great managers, however corporate is handling the problem finally.
