I felt like everyone is nice to you, including both coworkers and managers.- -Working shifts is flexible since there's the chance to swap shifts with coworkers. -Growth opportunity is big. You can work your way up to work even in the corporate side or swap departments too.

I don't see cons to be honest.

Strong teamwork, clear operating procedures, good benefits, and opportunities to learn in a fast-paced environment. The job has helped me build reliability, communication, safety awareness, and the ability to handle changing priorities.

Workloads can become demanding during busy periods, schedules may change, and the fast pace requires constant attention and flexibility.
