Pros
Friendly environment that attracts ethical/great people, opportunities to serve others, complimentary entry to all Disney Parks worldwide (other than Tokyo), good reward/recognition, high employee and guest diversity, opportunities to make a positive difference for guests, well-known and well-respected company that looks great on a resume, family-oriented, incredibly safe, diverse opportunities, strong values, worldwide presence, respectable leadership, opportunities for self-improvement and growth/guidance, various employee activities (canoe races, fitness walks, etc.), discounts on Company merchandise & events, secure and thriving company.
Cons
Disney pays significantly less than other like jobs; many salaried leaders work on weekends/nights/etc.; large amount of red tape in decision-making that comes with size of the company; much of Anaheim's leadership is based out of Florida which makes it difficult to move up in the company without moving to the East Coast, and causes great frustration for Anaheim employees who feel many decisions are made by leaders who are out of touch with Disneyland's reality; non-business employees park a 20-minute walk away and must walk/shuttle to property.
