Pros

Admission to parks, discounts on hire reservations, and great entry level position.

Cons

Management has no people skills, they make you stay longer when people call out, they schedule you for 2 days a week but expect you to come in when people call out, and the environment is very toxic. Existing cast members do not help you adjust to your role because they are underpaid and they also aren’t sure if you will last with the company.

Pros

-Benefits are amazing. All kinds of benefits. -Work environment is really good. I felt like everyone is nice to you, including both coworkers and managers.- -Working shifts is flexible since there's the chance to swap shifts with coworkers. -Growth opportunity is big. You can work your way up to work even in the corporate side or swap departments too.

Cons

I don't see cons to be honest.

Pros

Strong teamwork, clear operating procedures, good benefits, and opportunities to learn in a fast-paced environment. The job has helped me build reliability, communication, safety awareness, and the ability to handle changing priorities.

Cons

Workloads can become demanding during busy periods, schedules may change, and the fast pace requires constant attention and flexibility.
