One of the founders regularly circulated a documemt that was meant to be something akin to 'best practices', but instead it was labeled 'phrases that will get you fired'; and in the grand scheme of things, somehow, was not that bad compared to other instances. From GTM strategy, to pricing, to what even is our purpose, the company made a kids soccer game appear highly sophisticated. They laid off the entire sales team, and we got unemployment just to show how out of whack this place really is. Most companies, even when they are shady, are still competent enough to document something, even if cobbled up out of thin air.
