Cons

The entire C-suite The nepotism Constantly hiring and firing sales people within 6 months Never being allowed to work deals, so hope you are happy with base pay (basically, you go to trade shows and hand all the leads you worked off to the C-suite where you never touch them again) Terrible culture MOST DISORGANIZED PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED IN MY LIFE - RECEIVED OUR ROOM ARRANGEMENTS AFTER LEAVING FOR THE LARGEST CONFERENCE OF THE YEAR (LATER ADMITTED THEY FAILED TO BOTHER UNTIL THE LAST SECOND) I HAVE LITERALLY DRIVEN PAST BETTER ORGANIZED CHILDREN'S LEMONADE STANDS ON LUNCH BREAK - SAD REALLY

Pros

I am no longer employed

Cons

Kings of the failed practice of bringing a completely irrelevant and way to lenghty canned slide deck. How to tell the customer you are not their trusted advisor and you have no relevant value to add off the jump. Intelligent companies started moving away from these practices decades ago. One of the founders regularly circulated a documemt that was meant to be something akin to 'best practices', but instead it was labeled 'phrases that will get you fired'; and in the grand scheme of things, somehow, was not that bad compared to other instances. From GTM strategy, to pricing, to what even is our purpose, the company made a kids soccer game appear highly sophisticated. They laid off the entire sales team, and we got unemployment just to show how out of whack this place really is. Most companies, even when they are shady, are still competent enough to document something, even if cobbled up out of thin air.
