Not what I expected - Senior IOS Developer Distillery Employee Review

After ending the relationship with the client I spent a few days on the bench, waiting for a new project/client (another client interviewed me but they had only 1 position and we were 8 people on the bench) they let us go. They don't have many perks, just the usual like 15 days Christmas bonus, 12 days of vacations (no PTO), no food coupons, Social Security access, and Mayor Security Expenses. And that's it. They can improve their hiring processes by not lying about "got your back" when a project finishes.
