If you are a salesperson, I would take with high caution to interview with this company unless you have multiple years of experience and deep connections within IT staff augmentation. The sales department processes were abysmally unorganized, but I hope that the new CRO will turn things around. Liked him. Director of Ops knows what she's doing mostly too. I was shocked every day to know that this company was in the Inc 5000. Everything is glossy and pretty when you're interviewing and then becomes a mess once you're on board. That's typical for the startup environment of course. The CEO loves to fire people on a whim and it always left an aching sentiment every time he would pull everyone together on a call to be transparent on the decision. Multiple leaders in the org were canned earlier in the year due to what was said to be restructuring. The top seller at the company was making a lot of money, but everyone else is basically on a 6 month trial run. If you're considering other staffing or software engineering consulting firms with more notoriety, I wouldn't waste your time here.
