Pros
If working from home is your dream job, then this could be for you. For a small company Dito has quite the brain-trust in their back pocket. Paid training at Google HQ in Mountain View CA, and will reimburse you for earning certifications.
Cons
It's a small growing company, and lacks some resources/tools, though this may be changing. Everyone works remotely (USA), so physical interaction is limited to training sessions, annual company outings, etc.
