you will get to know about company on very first day when you join and taking induction, the guy initiate for induction call himself head of recruitment in this company, generally in company people tell about their role & responsibility about management expansion plan but he starts induction with i don't like this , i don't like that, don't do this don't do that, and won't give you a chance to speak and some negative or absurd attitude. yes you can grow in such Org. if you are close relatives or strict follower of your boss. i went there two or three days but time was enough to take decision not to go & follow such morons. i would say strictly No
