Pros

Average good salary. Nice co-workers. Very good for seasonal employement at low levels.

Cons

Work is cahotic. Workforce is always underestimated and shifts are often crazy, expecially during summer. Morale is extremely low amongst the majority of the work force. Higher management cares only about saving money but has no interest in providing the resources needed to achieve the expectations of the customers. Company says it’s big of safety yet I can’t get a pair of gloves most days and maintenaces are often cut for money saving. They hire technicians but they do not listen to any of the suggestions they make. They give you new responsibilities and duties and do not pay anything more. There is no or very low selection when hiring.

Pros

Just about unlimited overtime during peak season

Cons

Have to work in all weather conditions and managers have less power over schedules and pay. It’s really all cooperate that handles that

Pros

Theres no pros to working here. Literally not one.

Cons

Where do I start? First, whoever does the hiring sells you a dream and how it’s such a great place to work and of course I know working isn’t supposed to be fun and you’ll enjoy it, but it should at least be bearable. At this company it’s not. They overwork you and underpay you severely. The GM would even tell you to do work that’s completely unrelated to your dept. HR is deplorable. I had to interview with a director of HR, and he was sitting in his backyard, feet plopped up on his table, leaning back, and conducting an interview. He couldn’t even answer my questions clearly. The GM was decent but that whole company is just awful. The benefits are horrible, HR always has an attitude and it’s just not an ideal place to work. Only accept this job to build up your experience and get out.
