Pros

Non that I can currently think of... except they sometime bring food to us...

Cons

This is where it gets fun! Since there would be a lot to speak about I would rather just list it: - Awful working conditions! - No adequate working tools - Uninterested Management (most of them... those who care are being treated poorly) - Promises that were made were broken (ALL) - Low salary in the contact center (Compared to other) - High stress - No support in the learning process - No understanding that some goals are just impossible in given conditions - No incentives - The "abroad management" comes here to drink, party and not do anything about the conditions - No transparency what so ever - Quick decision making low realization - Oppressive and toxic atmosphere - Bad procedures for everything - Making things complicated instead of easy - No assistance in learning the proper way of handling things as they come - HR department doesn't give 2c on what we think they have these open doors and pretend to listen to us whilst they do nothing after... To summarize if I had anywhere to go currently I would quit in an instant and tell them all to ...

Pros

Just about unlimited overtime during peak season

Cons

Have to work in all weather conditions and managers have less power over schedules and pay. It’s really all cooperate that handles that

Pros

Theres no pros to working here. Literally not one.

Cons

Where do I start? First, whoever does the hiring sells you a dream and how it’s such a great place to work and of course I know working isn’t supposed to be fun and you’ll enjoy it, but it should at least be bearable. At this company it’s not. They overwork you and underpay you severely. The GM would even tell you to do work that’s completely unrelated to your dept. HR is deplorable. I had to interview with a director of HR, and he was sitting in his backyard, feet plopped up on his table, leaning back, and conducting an interview. He couldn’t even answer my questions clearly. The GM was decent but that whole company is just awful. The benefits are horrible, HR always has an attitude and it’s just not an ideal place to work. Only accept this job to build up your experience and get out.
