Pros

The days off you get away from this nightmare

Cons

12 hour day/night shifts forced to do the same boring repetitive thing while other old timers in the click with managers get to have a easy day every day. managers are useless they constantly watch you on the cctv instead of actually helping out with operations, the team leaders are just as worse they lick managements shoes and constantly talk behind your back. there is a bonus scheme involved where if you have an accident or become ill you will be deducted 25% of the bonus (£400 approx) however if you are on a older contract this is not the case as its part of their actual salary! just one of many ways dnata finds a way to make life difficult for you, if you happen to have a injury such as a bad back etc, which you will as for 12 hours of constantly picking up boxes this happens to everyone.. you will be penalised for not working like a horse! all the managers are best friends and family.. married together I would even go as far and say they are inbreds! aka the shae family..... so if you choose to pick this horrible job try bite your tongue when it comes to putting up with any of these yes men as every single one of them will come down on you like a ton of bricks. the list of cons is endless..... GOOD LUCK :)

Pros

Just about unlimited overtime during peak season

Cons

Have to work in all weather conditions and managers have less power over schedules and pay. It’s really all cooperate that handles that

Pros

Theres no pros to working here. Literally not one.

Cons

Where do I start? First, whoever does the hiring sells you a dream and how it’s such a great place to work and of course I know working isn’t supposed to be fun and you’ll enjoy it, but it should at least be bearable. At this company it’s not. They overwork you and underpay you severely. The GM would even tell you to do work that’s completely unrelated to your dept. HR is deplorable. I had to interview with a director of HR, and he was sitting in his backyard, feet plopped up on his table, leaning back, and conducting an interview. He couldn’t even answer my questions clearly. The GM was decent but that whole company is just awful. The benefits are horrible, HR always has an attitude and it’s just not an ideal place to work. Only accept this job to build up your experience and get out.
