Bad middle and upper management. Dismisses employee welfare - unwilling to act on what’s voiced out by employees even to the last point when we exit. After you’ve resigned, they treat you close to dirt. HR barely acts for the employees and continues hiring new staff in an act that the company is perfect. Upper management don’t care about how middle management acts as Long as they see revenue.
