Pros

A grand total of next to nothing

Cons

The frequent leadership shake-ups in have turned the management team into a group of whitewashers. The leaders are consistently rude, disrespectful, and condescending. They preach about being "best in class," an "employer of choice," and "delivering what customers want," but these claims are nothing more than fabricated lies. Employees have no voice in this company. HR is just as useless, often being authoritative rather than genuinely concerned for staff well-being. Bonuses are a thing of the past, equipment and systems are outdated, and all we hear is that there are no funds. This is a blatant contradiction, as they can afford to bring in expatriates with big salaries while local staff receive horrendous paychecks. Different cliques form within the company, leading to frequent bullying and exclusion of those who don't fit into the favored groups right from admin teams through to finance. This creates a toxic work environment that is not only stressful but also demoralizing. The senior leaders, especially those based in Dubai, sit in even higher ivory towers, only occasionally visiting but achieving a grand total of next to nothing. They remain completely disconnected from what is truly happening on the ground and in the support office. This lack of awareness and support makes it an incredibly challenging and demoralizing place to work.

Just about unlimited overtime during peak season

Cons

Have to work in all weather conditions and managers have less power over schedules and pay. It’s really all cooperate that handles that

Pros

Theres no pros to working here. Literally not one.

Cons

Where do I start? First, whoever does the hiring sells you a dream and how it’s such a great place to work and of course I know working isn’t supposed to be fun and you’ll enjoy it, but it should at least be bearable. At this company it’s not. They overwork you and underpay you severely. The GM would even tell you to do work that’s completely unrelated to your dept. HR is deplorable. I had to interview with a director of HR, and he was sitting in his backyard, feet plopped up on his table, leaning back, and conducting an interview. He couldn’t even answer my questions clearly. The GM was decent but that whole company is just awful. The benefits are horrible, HR always has an attitude and it’s just not an ideal place to work. Only accept this job to build up your experience and get out.
