Pros
- The agency uses the latest cutting edge technology in the field - Very new vehicles to work in - Compensation is better than surrounding agencies - Friendly environment with experienced providers to learn from - While they say they need to limit over time, there always seems to be plenty of it if you want - The company does a lot of special events including hockey games and concerts which is a really great experience
Cons
- No 401(k) benefit in place - The dispatch system uses a homemade "app" and Slack, which looks nice but doesn't have a lot of basic things we would use while the E-PCR program is separate and doesn't share information
